In his role as Director of Real Estate & Senior Counsel, Joe manages the drafting and execution of legal contracts and legislation integral to the organizations’ operations and mission. His expertise in urban redevelopment and public policy also make him a key team member on neighborhood-creating projects, such as The Peninsula.  

Prior to joining the Downtown Columbus, Inc. team in 2013, Joe worked as a Law Clerk for the Columbus City Attorney’s office. He earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
